Raymond Carlton "Rusty" Ross, 63, of Macomb passed away peacefully at 4:45 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2025 at Macomb Post Acute Care. He accepted Jesus as his Savior at an early age and has found eternal peace, and Heaven is now his home.
Rusty is survived by his devoted and loyal friend and caretaker of 30 years he lovingly called Sha-Billy. Rusty is also survived by his siblings, nephews, niece, and was the red headed step-child of LaDonna who cherished him as her own. Rusty was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Bonnie, whose legacy of love he carried forward through out his life.
Rusty had a remarkable gift for making everyone around him feel important, accepted, and deeply loved. His life was defined by an outpouring of love, kindness, compassion, and generosity-qualities that touched countless lives.
